Asado - barbeque of whole pig or lamb

Why not have a theme party in our barn? Cowboy theme maybe? You can have barbeque - asado (from pigs raised on our farm) wich is barbequed on our large grill outside the barn. Dance squaredance or mingle in our cowboy inspired bar.
